By accessing or using PipeFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PipeFi provides a platform for:

  • Creating and sending invoices for services
  • Selling digital products
  • Generating QR codes for payments
  • Receiving payments in cryptocurrency (USDC)
  • Withdrawing funds to bank accounts

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use PipeFi. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments and Fees

PipeFi charges minimal transaction fees for payment processing. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are sponsored by PipeFi for most transactions. Third-party services like MoonPay and Transak may charge additional fees for fiat conversions.

6. Escrow Services

When escrow is enabled on an invoice, funds are held in a smart contract until the work is completed and the creator releases the payment. Escrow is optional and must be agreed upon by both parties.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PipeFi for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Selling prohibited or illegal goods
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities

8. Blockchain Transactions

Transactions on the Sui blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PipeFi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or third-party service failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipeFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of PipeFi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
